Wedding Packages
Weekend Wedding Package

What’s included above PLUS…
The Day Before: The wedding party and vendors have access to the CountyLine grounds for rehearsal, photos, and decorating for a six hour period between 12 noon and 9 PM on Friday. Ask us about including your rehearsal dinner on Friday evening!
Day of Wedding: Bridal party and vendors have access to the venue anytime after 8 AM to prepare for the ceremony and/or reception. Events usually end no later than 10 PM, with an additional hour allowed for clean-up and removal of decorations.
The Day After: Bridal party has the option to pick up remaining decor between 9 AM - 11 AM the following day.
Vendors: We accept vendors from our local preferred vendor list or other venue approved and insured vendors chosen by the wedding party.
Set-Up: CountyLine’s staff will assist with set up the venue’s tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception. The wedding party and vendors may set up and break-down other approved event items.
Clean-Up: CountyLine and your professional catering service will do all cleanup and trash removal during and following the event, so you and your guests can concentrate on nothing but making great memories.
Planning: Upon booking CountyLine for your wedding we will send you a list of our outstanding local preferred vendors.
CountyLine will supply you with a complete Wedding Planning Guide customized for CountyLine weddings. Our staff will work with you to make your wedding weekend a worry free time for beautiful photos and memorable smiles.

Single day events may be scheduled during limited peak season dates.
During off-peak season the venue is available throughout the week for Single Day Weddings.

ABC License
If alcohol is served, the clients are responsible for providing a Virginia ABC banquet license to CountyLine before the event for proper posting in the bar area.
We require licensed bartenders serve all alcohol.
Booking
A non-refundable payment of $1,000 is required to secure your date.
We offer a $200 dollar discount for active and retired military.
A $500 dollar refundable damage deposit is required prior to the event.
Payment
CountyLine accepts checks for payments and damage deposits.
Balance of full payment is due within 60 days of the event.

We are located 1.5 hours from Danville, Virginia. Perfect for couples with family in the areas of Danville, Lynchburg, Appommatox, and South Boston.
Farmville
We are located 25-30 mins from Farmville, ideal for couples with family in Rice, Cumberland, Keysville, and Prospect.
Richmond
We are a 1.5 hour drive from Richmond, and are a perfect fit for couples who live in Chesterfield, Midlothian and Blackstone.
